An Introduction to Western Herbal Medicine

An Introduction to Western Herbal Medicine is a free talk at The Upper Horfield Community Trust, Bristol.  There will be a brief history of herbal medicine and an overview of how medical herbalists are trained as well as discussion of some of the most common complaints that she sees in her practice, such as digestive discomfort, allergies, stress, sleep disturbances, PMS and menopause, and how you can use herbal medicine to manage these. 

There will be an opportunity to ask questions and herbal teas will be provided to drink which are also available to purchase.

10% of tea sales on the day will be donated to One Tree Planted, a non-profit that plants trees around the world to improve our environment and help fight climate change.  For more information, visit their website.
